Return Policy

Items shipped from are returnable within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Your item must be in the same condition you received, unopened, unworn, or unused, with tags and original packaging.

Contact us to start a return, and we'll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back to us without requesting a return are not accepted.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days from the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong product to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Certain items, like perishable goods (flowers or plants) and custom products (special orders or personalized items), are not returnable. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


A refund will apply to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, they may take some time to process and post the refund. Once we receive your return, we will inspect and email you the refund status within seven business days.
