Thank you for shopping at Deldur. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We fulfill all orders within one business day. We may experience a high volume of orders; shipments may delay.

SHIPPING COST & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50. Shipping cost varies based on weight and distance. Shipping methods, speeds, and rates list are available at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO with USPS.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming your shipment and a link to track your order. All order tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Deldur is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, fees.). 

DAMAGES

Deldur is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please contact us within seven days of the delivery date. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

We ship all international orders with UPS and USPS. Your order will arrive in 1 to 6 business days, depending on the shipping speed selected at checkout.

When ordering outside the United States, the recipient ensures the product is legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which impose once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. The recipient must fulfill additional charges for customs clearance. Deldur has no control over these charges, nor can Deldur predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable; a shipment that bounces back to us due to unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Provide a correct phone number at checkout where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. The phone number will list on the shipping label, so they can contact you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore carrier requests regarding duty and tax liability charges. Be aware that most shipping carriers will hold packages for five days after arrival in your country before it gets returned.

We do not refund original shipping charges for delivery refusal.
