Deldur.com sends an order confirmation email immediately after each successful order. We make every effort to ensure that order confirmation emails are delivered. Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder if you have not received the email. Contact us to verify your email address is correct on your account.
To check your order status, the tracking link provided in the confirmation email we sent you. It will direct you to the shipping carrier's website, where you can view the latest updates on your package.
Contact us to request order cancellation before shipping is confirmed. Depending on how far the shipping is processed, a cancellation request may not be successful, but you can start a return request after receiving your order.
Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do, but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money.
