Update, October 18, 2026: Norton VPN (three annual plans: $39.99, $49.99 and $59.99 for the first year, then $79.99, $109.99 and $129.99 a year) and Mozilla VPN ($9.99 a month or $59.88 a year, no renewal price stated) were added later the same day, each read from its own pricing page. The VPN page now lists 25 plans from 11 services; the figures below are from the first 9 services, and the additions are in the page’s change log.
Deldur now tracks VPN prices. The new US VPN prices page lists 21 plans from 9 services, read on October 18, 2026 from each service’s own pricing page: NordVPN, ExpressVPN, Surfshark, Proton VPN, Private Internet Access, CyberGhost, PureVPN, IPVanish and Windscribe.
VPN pricing has two parts. Long plans charge a low first payment, often covering extra bonus months, and most then renew at a higher price. The page records both: the first payment of every billing term, the months it covers, and the renewal price the card states, with each condition quoted word for word. Where a page gives no renewal price, the table says “not stated”.

The lowest month-to-month price for a standard plan is $9.00 (Windscribe Monthly Plan) and the highest is $29.99 (NordVPN Prime). Lowest month-to-month price per service, before tax:
What a year costs after the first term
Of the yearly renewal prices printed on the pages, Private Internet Access renews at $47.88 a year (1 Year plan) and PureVPN Standard at $47.95 a year after its 2-year term; NordVPN Basic renews at $139.08 a year. Surfshark and IPVanish state no renewal price for their long plans. Lowest yearly renewal price per service:
Total cost over 1 to 3 years
The new VPN cost calculator adds the first payment and every renewal for each plan over 1, 2 or 3 years, at the prices on the VPN page. Over 3 years, the lowest total on record is PureVPN Standard on its 2-year plan: $58.20 for 27 months, then one renewal at $47.95, $106.15 in all and paid through month 39. Paying month to month for a standard plan, the lowest 3-year total is Windscribe’s Monthly Plan at $324.00.
How the figures were read
Each service’s pricing page was read in a web browser with every billing term selected. Seven were also fetched as plain text (for some, one billing term only) and agreed; IPVanish blocks plain-text reading and Surfshark’s plain-text version showed different figures, so both are recorded from the browser. Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Not included: Mullvad (prices in euros only), TunnelBear (a “from” price only), free plans and add-ons. Every source link, read date and condition is on the VPN price page, and every later change will be logged there.
